How does this system work?
On the front page for the www.ownernetworks.com Classifieds, you will see the quick search feature. If you know the property id you can simply enter the property id to be taken to a specific property. You can search by country, state, city, region, travel dates

How does the logon process work?
If you want to post, modify, or delete an ad, you will need to log on to the system. If you have never logged on here before, please click on the "New User? Click Here" link. This is a quick and easy process that asks for your name and contact information.

I forgot my password. Can I still logon?
If you ever forget your password, at the logon screen, you can click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. When the next screen comes up, enter your email address on the form and click on the "OK" button. Server will send your password to your registered email address.

Do I have to use my real name when posting a message?
No. It is best to use your real name however as there is a level of trust that needs to be built when conducting business over the internet. When a potential tenant finds out your name is other than the one published on the Internet they may have serious.

How do I add a photo, sound clip, or video clip to my classified ad?
You can upload photos to your listing by clicking on the Property Image Gallery link on the add your property page. You can add photos at the time you initially post your ad, or if you need to post them later you can edit your listings by logging in from the homepage and then click on edit for the listing you would like to upload photos. Photos can be uploaded at any time, they can also be changed at any time.

Why didn't my classified ad show up?
Your classified ad will not appear until we have received payment for the ad. Once payment is received your classified ad should show up within 24 hours. Try broadening the search.

How do I modify my ad?
Log in from the homepage and then click on edit for the listing you would like to modify. This will bring you to the property information page. Modify the information and click the save button at the bottom of the screen.

How do I remove my ad?
Log in from the homepage and then click on edit for the listing you would like to delete. This will bring you to a summary page. Click the delete button for the ad you would like to delete and confirm the delete to proceed.

Why didn't my search turn up any hits?
Your search criteria may have been too narrow. Go back to the search form and leave more of the search fields blank. For the broadest possible search, simply search by country or vacation type.

How do I navigate the search results page?
Your search results are displayed in short "headlines" format with summary detail. To see more of your search results, you can click on the forward arrow button at the top or bottom of the page.

What are those numbers for at the top and bottom of the search results page?
It's a navigation bar, similar to the one used by the Google search engine, that lets you quickly jump to other groups of your search results. That way, you don't have to keep clicking on the "See Next Group" button, like you do at most search engines.

How do I contact someone who has posted a classified ad?
All of the classified ads will list contact information. Some ads may list a phone number. The e-mail listings are also links, so you can click on the person's e-mail address to send the person a reply message. Click on the "Request Availability" link and a form will be displayed where you can send a message to the person who posted the ad.
